- Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, delivering engaging product presentations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role includes creating tailored sales strategies, meeting sales targets, maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s services, and working closely with the business development and marketing teams to align efforts. Regular communication and effective reporting of sales activities will be essential.
- Requirements & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in client relationship management, communication, and account management
- Understanding of HR solutions, workforce challenges, and the business environment in the MENA region (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work part-time and adapt to remote sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with potential B2B and B2G clients to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads within the assigned territory or industry sector.
- Perform live demonstrations of Survabase and Applicantor, highlighting how they solve specific HR challenges.
- Collect and report real-time market feedback to the Growth team for product and strategy refinement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
