The Growth Catalyst is a Part-time remotely role. This dynamic role involves driving business growth through innovative strategies, identifying and nurturing client relationships, and facilitating sales processes. To drive the market expansion of PeopleOS across the MENA region by transforming technical HR visions into tangible partnerships with B2B, B2G, and NGOs. The role focuses on delivering measurable value.
- Requirements & Competencies
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying growth opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey ideas effectively.
- Experience in Growth Hacking and Sales to develop and execute strategies for business scaling.
- Proven Project Management skills for planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically and work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in technology or HR solutions is a plus.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target growth opportunities within B2B, B2G, and International NGO sectors across the MENA region.
- Design value propositions focusing on PeopleOS software (Survabase, Applycantor...) as tools for cost reduction.
- Coordinate with outsourced digital marketing agencies to align campaigns with direct sales goals.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with HR leaders to transform challenges into opportunities.
- Conduct continuous research on competitors and HR tech trends to ensure product superiority.
